SERVICES INCLUDED: As a member, you have the option to choose between one Slim Me Out session, which includes Lasar Lipo, Lipo Cavitation, and Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, or one Smooth & Plump Me session, which uses a combination of treatments to smooth and plump the buttocks. Alternatively, you can choose any two services a la carte, including Lasar Lipo, Lipo Cavitation, Radio Frequency Skin Tightening, Suction Therapy, Vacuum Therapy, Sculpt Treatment, and Wood Therapy.

In addition to these services, members will also receive complementary Red Light Therapy and/or a 10 Minute Vibration session. Members will also have first choice for model opportunities, which include free complementary services as well as priority scheduling. Unused services can be shared with friends or family members or used for gift cards.

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS: Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted rates. Additional "Slim Me Out" or "Smooth & Plump" services are $110, and additional a la carte services are $55. Members may purchase gift cards as well as bring in guests at member rates at a limit of 2 member priced services in any combination of gift cards or guest visits for each individual guest in a 3 month period. Number of gifts card and guest and not included into holiday deals or specials.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE OPTION: A membership may be frozen for a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months. Memberships can only be frozen two times in a 12 month period for a maximum of 3 months at a time. A membership must be unfrozen a minimum of 30 days before it can be frozen again. A "freeze fee" may apply. A minimum of one EFT payment must have been made before a membership is eligible to be frozen.

SERVICE CREDITS: Members can only transfer up to three service credits per year.

CANCELLATION: In the event that a client wishes to cancel their membership, the following terms and conditions apply:

Termination Timeframe: The client's membership will be terminated 24 hours after a cancellation request is received by V.B. Body Sculpt.

Non-Refundable Membership Payments: All previous membership payments made by the client are non-refundable. This includes any fees or charges associated with the membership.

Accrued Services: Clients will have a period of 90 days from the date of cancellation to utilize any accrued services or benefits associated with their membership. After the 90-day period, any unused services or benefits will expire and will no longer be available for use.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. Thee Self-Care Sanctuary must be notified about any changes in address, contact information, and/or credit card information.
